Question What are the recommended washing instructions for Egyptian cotton shirts?
AnswerBefore washing your shirts we recommend that all buttons are unfastened to reduce pulling on the buttons seams. Also if you turn the shirt inside out, the mother of pearl buttons will be protected against the drum of the washing machine. Remember to remover collar stiffeners prior to washing.

Check the label in the shirt for the correct washing temperature and wash either by hand or by machine. Wash dark colours separately using a colour-safe detergent.

Please do not tumble dry or spin. Shirts are best ironed when damp. Dark colours are best ironed from the reverse side. When pressing collars, always iron away from the points to avoid creasing.

Question How long will it take to for my order to arrive?

All orders received before 3pm will be shipped on the same day and delivered on the next working day.

Overseas deliveries will take a little longer and may be subject to customs delays. Deliveries to the United States of America generally take between 2-5 business days.

Question If I am outside the UK, will I have to pay taxes and duty?
AnswerIt is likely that you will be charged import duties and local government taxes. Any customs or import charges incurred upon entrance to a non-EU country will be the responsibility of the customer. The charges are determined by the local government and so we have no control over this cost.

Please note that UK VAT will only be applied to orders dispatched within the EU.

Question Can I return my order?
AnswerIf for any reason you are unhappy with the goods that you have received or they are not suitable then, as long as they are in a saleable condition, you may return them either for an exchange or refund.

Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
