These distinctive Gordon Scarlet Socks are made from 75% cotton and 25% nylon. These socks feature a generous elastic top for comfort and increased knitting tension throughout. The heel and toe have been reinforced and the heel heightened. The hand-linked toe gives seamless comfort. Made in England. Sizes M (7.5-9.5) and L (10-12).
These mercerised Cotton Lisle socks use the finest Italian sourced, extra-long staple Egyptian grown cotton. These long fibres are resistant to ‘pilling’ and therefore make very durable, hard wearing socks. The Mercerisation process removes all loose fibres from the yarn, meaning that it is completely smooth and have a very silky appearance.
